Pricing Overview
Standard Coverage
- Starting at $70 per hour
- Applies to bookings scheduled 48+ hours in advance
Emergency / Same-Day Coverage
- Starting at $85 per hour (bookings within 24 hours)
- Starting at $90 per hour (bookings within the same day)
Half-Day Coverage
- Starting at $425 flat rate (up to 5 hours)
Extended / Multi-Day Assignments
- Custom pricing available upon request

- A customized quote will be provided prior to booking confirmation.
- Please note: Any applicable parking fees or travel-related expenses must be disclosed at the time of booking and will be the responsibility of the requesting office unless otherwise agreed.
Booking Requirement
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of services on the scheduled date.
Bookings are not confirmed until deposit payment is received.
Our Commitment
In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances, every effort will be made to secure a qualified replacement.
If coverage cannot be provided, the deposit will be credited or refunded at the client's preference.
BOOKING & DEPOSIT POLICY
To secure staffing services with In a Bind Care, LLC, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit confirms your reservation and allows us to assign a qualified dental hygienist to your office. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of services on the scheduled date.
Due to the nature of last-minute scheduling and reserved staffing commitments, deposits are non-refundable, including cancellations or changes made after booking confirmation. We appreciate your understanding as this policy ensures fairness to both our providers and clients.
In the event of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded, as staffing resources are reserved specifically for your office and the opportunity to book other assignments is forfeited.
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings with In a Bind Care, LLC. The deposit will be credited toward the total balance due for services rendered. By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees that the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation, rescheduling, or reduction of scheduled hours.
In a Bind Care, LLC reserves the right to retain the deposit as compensation for reserving staffing resources and loss of other booking opportunities.
At our discretion, deposits may be transferred to a future booking if notice is provided at least 24–48 hours in advance.
Services are not confirmed until deposit payment is received.
